Liaise with the Department Manager regarding supervision of contractors within the Hotel, ensuring work is to the standard required by Accor and manufacture specifications.Assist with the implementation of strategies for the effective control of all Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic Services within the Hotel.In conjunction with the Department Manager, develop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimise expenses as well as procedures to improve the overall efficiency of the department.Ensure all team members are competent in the safe and effective use of equipment and chemicals in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
