Senior Associate, IT, BI / Report Developer

The Senior Associate, IT, BI / Report Developer will work closely with Business, Operations, Product Management team and Project Manager to define best technical solution and development process, including but not limited to:Design and development: Create reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations based on business requirements using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.Requirements gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and managers, to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.Project planning: Assist the projects in planning, development and test phases. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured project plans, change tickets, release notes and test cases for background processes.Data querying and modeling: Write complex SQL queries and use data modeling techniques to extract and prepare data from various sources.Data integrity and validation: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data within reports by performing quality checks and troubleshooting discrepancies.Performance optimization: Tune the performance of reports and queries to ensure efficient delivery of data, even with large datasets.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including report specifications, data sources, and methodologies.Maintenance and support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports and provide ongoing maintenance and updates as business needs evolve.#LI-Hybrid
