We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, learning new processes efficiently, managing multiple tasks, maintaining focus, and adapting to a range of duties as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare comprehensive project quotations based on provided specifications and relevant documentation.
Coordinate with project managers and clients to review and confirm quotation details.
Generate purchase orders for approved quotations.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Conduct precise measurements during site visits.
Utilize SAGE and Keystroke software programs to perform work tasks.
Comply with all established company policies, procedures and safety standards.
Operate company vehicles and equipment as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player and can work independently
Experience in construction is a plus
Strong work ethic
Capable of lifting 25 lbs. or more
Must have a valid Guam Driver’s License
