Description Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Client Services Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and present reports on client performance, trends, and opportunities.
Train and mentor junior client services team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a related role.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving client satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
