Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking vacations, business trips, and group travel.
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and travel experiences.
Coordinate transportation, lodging, and activities based on clients’ needs and budgets.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and best travel practices.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and access to the internet.
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
