ResponsibilitiesInclude, but are not limited to:
Developing and managing SHI's Modern Workplace Solutions GTM strategyin partnership with our Partner Solutions Management, and Partner Marketing teams to achieve company growth goals.
Partnering with the Managed Workplace Services solution practice leads and product/service owners to develop, execute, and evolve SHI's Managed Workplace Services propositions.
Working closely with Growth Marketing, Partner Strategy, and Sales leadership to identify Managed Workplace Services program priorities and target audiences.
Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define targeted content for various buying personas and buying stages of the SHI customer journey.
Supporting Demand Generation, Partner Strategy, and Sales Enablement teams with market knowledge and targeted content.
Design and deliver solutions/product marketing programs that reflect SHI’s sales methodologies (current) and aspirations (future).
Manage the production of all product marketing deliverables, including webpages, sales and marketing collateral, product and solutions videos, customer testimonials, events, and webinars.
Maintain brand integrity across all initiatives and communications.
Supporting Voice of the Customer activities and working with product teams to ensure continual SHI services and solutions development.
Measure and report on programs to track Return on Investment and other KPIs, including revenues, margins, customer acquisition, and content engagement.
Prepare promotional and strategic presentations/updates for the executive team.
Qualifications
Completed bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required
10+ years product and solutions marketing experience in the technology industry
Experience with one or more of the following Modern Workplace Solutions domains:End User Computing solutions/devices (Dell, Microsoft, Lenovo, HP), Communications and Collaboration Solutions, Digital Employee Experience Solutions, Multivendor Platform Support services, Device Lifecycle Management solutions, Asset Recovery Services, Device as a Service
Experience in content creation and collaboration with creative design teams
Required Skills
Excellent copywriting ability
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand the audience and adapt communications accordingly.
Ability to create compelling and exciting messages that help SHI differentiate from our competitors.
Ability to generate compelling, high-quality content across various digital formats.
Proficiency in the entire Microsoft 365 Suite.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume role and multi-task several projects at once.
Ability to take ownership of assigned workload/projects and follow through to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent follow-up skills with limited management engagement.
Ability to work effectively within all levels of a large, distributed organization, internally and externally.
Team management.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills :
Knowledge of all internal SHI systems, specifically Power BI and Microsoft Teams
Experience working with outside media and handling requests for interviews, statements, etc.
High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Budget management skills
Knowledgeable in working within the IT channel
Unique Requirements
Position may require up to 25% travel
This is a remote role with occasional travel to offices in Austin, TX/Somerset, NJ (US-based candidates) or London (UK-based candidates)
Additional Information
This position's estimated annual pay range is $115,000 to $165,000, which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position depends on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
