Executive Administrative Assistant - Global Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team in our fast-paced Global Operations organization at Emerson’s Test & Measurement Business Group. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Global Operations and executives in the Global Operations team.

Lead and execute sophisticated calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.

Drives efficient and effective strategies and procedures for executives.

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external customers.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Assist in preparing and leading expense reports.

Coordinate and prioritize global team events and meetings.

Proactive prioritization and organization of task and projects.

Maintain and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency.

For This Role, You Will Need:

10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a global company.

Proficiency in Collaborative Technology Tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Experience in global operations or international business environments.

Required Skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-layered environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.

Cultural sensitivity and work efficiently across different time zones.

Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
