Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer at Momentus Technologies is a key player on our design team, responsible for shaping the vision and execution of design across two major product lines. In this role, you will drive cohesive, user-centric design solutions for complex software products while establishing design excellence and consistency across both portfolios. You will be entrusted with complete ownership of the design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring our products are both functional and intuitive for users. This role requires close collaboration with design leadership, engineering teams, product managers, and executive stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesExecute the design vision and strategy across two product lines, ensuring exceptional user experiences for each productLead the complete product design process for both products, from concept through implementation and iterationCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across multiple product workstreamsImplement and maintain design standards, patterns, and guidelines for each product, ensuring quality and consistencyConduct and oversee comprehensive user research and usability testing initiativesPartner with product managers and engineering teams to align on roadmaps, advocate for user needs, and ensure accurate execution of designsIdentify opportunities for design improvements and system-level efficiencies within each product
