Make Ready Central (www.makereadycentral.com) a Multi-Family Make Ready company that services the Austin area is looking for additional vendors to help us service our portfolios as we are rapidly growing.
Pros:
WE deal with the customer
WE provide all materials you just show up with your tools and work
WE provide final QC
WE do the marketing and growth
We also pay off a PO system, so you can spend more hours in the field and fewer behind a computer creating invoices.
We Currently Need the Following:
Painters (must be able to do drywall and texture repairs)
General handyman/make ready
Resurfacers
Minor renovation trades
Simple carpentry such as cabinet/baseboard repairs
Housekeeping/Carpet Shampoo
Please Note: W9 and Insurance (General Liability and Commercial Auto) are required
