Join our growing team as a Crew Leader! We're seeking someone with leadership experience who can confidently guide a crew and ensure quality work on every job. Prior experience in tree care is a plus, and strong communication is a must. This is a full-time, year-round W2 position.
Pay – $180–$200/day depending on experience
Weekly Bonus Opportunities:
$50 for every 5-star Google review that mentions your name
$100 weekly if no job revisits are needed from the previous week
$200 weekly for hitting your weekly quota
