We are seeking experienced and reliable door installers to join the ADW team as an Independent 1099 Subcontractor!
SCOPE:
Installer should be experienced in installing all types of doors including
Doors: Interior and exterior doors, French doors (single and double), Sliding patio doors, Storm and security doors, Barn doors (traditional and soft-close systems), Bypass and mirrored closet doors, Pre-hung and slab doors in wood, fiberglass, or metal
LOCATION:
TEXAS - Austin (Georgetown, Round Rock, Austin, Manor)
BENEFITS:
Contractors are paid on a percentage basis (60%), by job type
Get paid every other Friday, direct deposit with a pay breakdown
Our subcontractors typically makes $75k+ annually
Steady work year round with Home Depot customers. No no need to bid or advertise.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must show proof of current driver’s license and SSN
Must provide own power tools - IE: trim carpentry/door installation tools
Truck (not SUV), trailer, or some way to transport products to job sites (must be large enough to transport patio doors)
EPA Lead RRP Certified Renovator (Lead Safe Work Practices Training) - willing to cover training costs
Installer will be responsible for its own waste disposal
Must be available to work at least 2 days a week at minimum
This opportunity is for independent subcontractors only, not crews, with an exception of one helper per lead installer. Helper must pass background clearance and have a valid driver's license and SSN. EPA Lead certification not required for helper.
