American Valmark, Inc. is a precision CNC machine shop built on over 25 years of craftsmanship, innovation, and family legacy. We’re looking for a motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality, American-made parts for industries that demand precision.
What You’ll Do:
Operate CNC mills (HAAS experience preferred) to produce precision parts to specification
Inspect parts using standard measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Perform machine setups, tool changes, and basic offsets as needed
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent part quality and production efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of CNC machine operation experience
Experience with HAAS mills strongly preferred
Familiarity with manual mills and lathes is a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
