Full-time Exterior Maintenance Technician and Window Cleaner Needed for commercial low-, mid-, and high-rise building and exterior maintenance.

POSITION DETAILS
Full-time commercial low-, mid-, and high-rise window cleaner, building and exterior maintenance technician, Sweeper Truck Driver and Operator. Must have DL, willing to participate in ongoing training for maximum performance on services offered and ability to badge government buildings.
Training/Certifications:
Recommended but not required to be hired (will be required once hired and paid on the job after completion):
OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30
Industry certifications: Boom lift, Scissor Lift, Swing Stage Scaffolding, ladder safety, fall protection a plus
Starts at $20-$30/hr, increasing with experience & training. Paid training and certifications after completion.
