Job Description Fabrication Scaler B SHIFT1 Prioritize and organize the make sheet with the cattle available to fill product orders2 Direct the Chain Feed Person to put the correct grade cattle on the chain and in the right amount3 Document all floor downtime by time lost, when, and reason4 Keep track of all product changes and notify affected supervisors of each product change5 Keep track and record all grade and program cattle changes6 Keep track of amount of cattle cut daily and record7 Verify and document start and shift end times8 Verify cattle temperatures coming into Fabrication and documentation9 Assure all cut codes are in the system correctly10 Complete all end of shift paperwork and verify is sent to interested partiesEOE/M/F/DISB/VET
