Description Key Responsibilities: Managing the full onboarding process, including paperwork, payroll addition and system access setup. Conducting inaugural tours for new employees. Ensuring required office equipment and parking passes for new employees are arranged. Collaborating with IT for login credentials, workspace arrangement and office supply provision Overseeing offboarding procedures, including termination notification and record management.Requirements
Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
