Position Overview: Please note that this is NOT a remote position; you will be working at our McKinney, TX location. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Processing and Customer Service team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their financial journey and achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Assist clients in understanding and completing necessary paperwork.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Provide exceptional service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues effectively.
Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Empathetic and patient with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
