Description CRM Marketing ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRM Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, and customer segmentation.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute CRM marketing strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty.

Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate customer data and effective communication.

Create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and behavior analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall marketing and business goals.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Implement automated marketing workflows to streamline customer communication and enhance efficiency.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in CRM and digital marketing.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in CRM marketing, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and data analytics.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
