Senior Solution Architect – Operational AI

AECOM is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to be based in Dallas or Houston, Texas.  This role has in office requirements, with a hybrid work schedule.As a Senior Solution Architect – Operational AI, you will design and deliver automation and AI-enabled solutions that streamline enterprise workflows, enhance accuracy, and reduce manual effort. You will translate process maps, requirements, and business rules into solution designs that combine automation workflows, API integrations, and AI inference services. This role works closely with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect end-to-end solutions that combine automation, workflows, and AITranslate process maps and requirements into scalable technical architectureDefine integration patterns with ERP, HRIS, ITSM, and SaaS platformsEnsure production readiness with logging, observability, SLAs, runbooksLead cross-functional PODs during delivery and testing
