Lead a team of VA/Product Owners to develop product goals/OKRs, continuously analyze results and identify opportunities to achieve and exceed goals
Develop a customer centric vision, product goals and priorities
Partner with our engineering team and product teams to ensure that Virtual Assistant capabilities are deployed correctly across our various properties
Help shape the vision for the optimization team, incorporating customer feedback, corporate objectives, and new technologies
Collaborate with stakeholders and other product teams to support their goals, while ensuring the best digital customer experience
Partnering with Product teams to navigate and align on cross product features and priorities
All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business/quantitative field, or equivalent experience/training
5 years relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Master’s degree in related field
Experience leading an optimization team to achieve both organizational and team goals
Experience with marketing technology tools including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
Experience with usability, conversion analysis, and multivariate testing
3 years of experience designing, executing, and measuring a/b tests and/or personalization on digital properties
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Understanding front end & UI architecture, and how to collaborate with technical teams to launch experiments and implement winning concepts
Strong analytical skills and experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe, Optimizely and Google
Proven track record in delivering products that generate substantial value
High level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
Ability to develop and communicate the product vision to a variety of audiences
Can collaboratively drive teams and stakeholders with disparate goals
Communication skills, be able to present to executive management often and in a compelling manner that emphasizes the important intersection of business and technology
Emphasis on interpersonal skills that create an environment of trust and encourage partnership within the team and across product teams
