UKG Pro - HRIS Implementation Manager

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an HRIS Implementation Manager (UKG Pro) at our Dallas, Texas location. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing the implementation of UKG Pro, optimizing its functionality, and serving as the liaison between the software and our HR team.Responsibilities: Facilitating the successful upload and migration of data to the new system Managing the entire life cycle of the UKG Pro implementation, from project planning to execution Collaborating with various HR team members, including HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition team, and Payroll, to ensure a smooth implementation Leading meetings and fostering collaboration within departments to keep the project on track and within budget Identifying and managing any potential risks or issues that may arise during the project Overseeing change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition during the software implementation Regularly updating department heads with strong communication skills Ensuring a smooth go-live and ongoing implementation of current and new software Performing any other duties as assigned by the Manager.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as an HRIS Manager Proficient in using UKG Pro and UKG Ready MUST HAVE UKG PRO Proven track record in successful HRIS Implementation Extensive experience in Data Migration Exceptional ability to Multi Task and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Project Management, IT or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Strong project management skills Knowledge of HRIS system design, structure, functions, and processes Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
