RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work Hours are 2am - 8am (Mon - Fri).
- Prepare home-style, breakfast and lunch meal for daycare kids.
- Follow simple menu (Quesadilla, Sandwiches, Pasta, etc.) and be able to maintain portion size.
- You must be able to prepare meals for 1,000 children and stay on schedule. You will have access to experienced helpers in the kitchen.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times and clean up after use.
- Extra work on Fridays, Grocery pickup from Sams, Restaurant Depot, Costco
- Maintain inventory of food and supplies and arrange and organize inventory after delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have daycare experience, preferably in Kitchen as cook.
- Preferred Bilingual (English, Spanish)
- Have a Food Handler Certificate or be able to get one before the start of job.
- Must have a reliable vehicle. Employee will be paid for mileage if needed.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to communicate.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient.
