We are a brand-new Jimmy John’s franchise preparing to open our first location in the Arlington/Viridian area. Jimmy John’s requires three people to complete their management training program, so we are hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to train alongside our management team and become a core part of our store’s leadership.
We plan to open multiple stores in the future, so there is strong potential for this role to grow into a higher-paying Store Manager position.

You must be available for all required Jimmy John’s training:
Virtual Kickoff: December 29
Week 1: Virtual Fundamentals (Zoom): January 5–6
Week 2: In-Restaurant Fundamentals (Jimmy John’s Training Restaurant)
January 12–16
Week 3: In-Restaurant Management (Training Restaurant)
January 19–23
Week 4: In-Restaurant Practice (Training Restaurant)
Travel Notice:
In-person training weeks will require travel to the Jimmy John’s designated training restaurant. Location is TBD, but most likely Melissa, Texas. Travel will be required each day of in-person training.

JOB DUTIES
Learn all aspects of Jimmy John’s operations through hands-on training
Support daily store operations once training is complete
Assist with shift leadership, prep, customer service, and maintaining brand standards
Help with scheduling, inventory, and team support
