Job Description: As a Client Success Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in helping potential clients understand the real estate process and connect them with opportunities that match their needs. Your focus will be on providing valuable education, identifying interested clients, and connecting them with our licensed agents. No real estate license is required for this role, as your primary focus will be on client education, generating interest, and setting the realtor appointment.

Responsibilities:

Educate potential clients on the home buying process, investment opportunities, and market insights through conversations, social media, and other outreach methods.

Identify and qualify leads by gathering basic information, such as contact details, client needs, and readiness to buy or sell.

Refer qualified leads to our licensed real estate agents for further assistance.

What We Offer:

Profit-Based Compensation: Earn competitive bonuses, with the potential to earn up to 50% of the final marketing fee for each lead that results in a successful transaction. This is calculated as a profit sharing and is not on a referral commission basis.

Qualifications:

A desire to learn more about the real estate industry and share that knowledge with others.
