We are seeking a dedicated Office & Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the office and mechanic shop, providing support to ensure smooth functioning.

Must be reliable, detail oriented and have good communication skills. Must be able to write in English and comfortable working with a computer.

We’ve been in business for 15 years. Office is climate controlled; the shop is not. You will be required to work in non-climate controlled environments throughout the work day.

Friendly work atmosphere. Work Monday to Friday. Off weekends. Paid vacations and major holidays. Paid weekly.

Job Duties for Office/Shop Assistant:

Help customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Answer Phones

Learn/use Quickbooks, ShipStation, UPS, FedEx, NTTA, Canva and LinkedIn

Support shop staff in daily tasks

Perform administrative duties as needed

Scan docs into computer

Fill out work orders

Input info into estimates

Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring items are stocked

Issue parts from locked area

Take payments

Parts - find/order/receive/bag

Inventory parts

Shipping & Receiving

Drive for parts, DMV, shop supplies

Self-motivated with a good work ethic

Must have the knowledge and ability to prioritize job tasks

Able to juggle multiple projects daily, including rental units

Must be able to follow all company required policies and safety measures

Responsible for maintaining accurate records

Attend weekly meeting each Monday

Keep the shop and office clean and organized

Regular and punctual attendance, ready to work by 7:50 a.m. M-F, 1 hr lunch

Must be a team player

Excellent communication skills including speaking with customers on the phone

Must be able to lift up to 50 obs.

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

Basic knowledge of administrative tasks

Familiarity with office procedures

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual in Spanish a Plus

Located in Fort Worth, TX (Between 28th & Sylvania off I35)

7:50 a.m. to 4:50 p.m. – 1 hour lunch staggered with office staff

Dress code – casual. Uniform shirts provided. Jeans, long shorts and shoes with covered toes.

Paid every Friday (for the prior week), PTO accrued weekly, $200 Health Insurance reimbursement (with proof of monthly insurance payment), Workers Comp coverage, Aflac injury coverage provided.
