The Leasing Agent is to effectively follow the leasing and marketing program within the management company’s guidelines and operating objectives, and has the responsibility to perform the functions and tasks set forth below:
Must have at least two years Apartment leasing experience
Screen all incoming residents by qualification standards with strong telephone skills
Someone who is naturally cheerful and upbeat
Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
Contribute new ideas, solutions, and participate in brainstorming with staff
Conduct off-site marketing and assist in preparing marketing plans
Assist with resident programs and retention
Qualifications:
Two years of Apartment leasing experience required
Sales experience required. Must be a strong closer
Good presentation skills and a team player
Exhibit exemplary hygiene and appearance
Strong OneSite Experience helpful
Computer literate in Word, Excel and e-mail.
Cheerful and professional attitude
must be dependable and reliable and always show up for work on time.
must be able to start immediately
must have no serious, criminal history
We do NOT offer health insurance but the occupancy bonuses cover this issue They range from $200 a month to $2000 a month depending on the contribution you make to the propertys success
