The Cobble Hill Apartments is actively seeking a Porter/Make Ready Technician at our beautiful Ft Worth community!
Looking for a hard-working and honest individual to work at an apartment complex!
Responsibilities:
Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in
Routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and preventative maintenance
Monitor condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years - experience preferred
Experience with make ready, painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling
Must have reliable transportation
Bilingual English / Spanish
