$100 - Base Pay (Per Day)
$25 - Bonus Per Qualified Prospect
$500 - Bonus Per Sale
Full-Time: 5 Days Per Week
Part-Time; 3 Days Per Week
Lead Developers receive a base pay of $100 per completed shift (100 doors) which is NOT based on sales and covers your time in the field. This means you earn a minimum of $1.00 every time you knock on a door before bonuses are included.
Our company average for an individual Lead Developer working in the field is 2 to 4 qualified prospects per day which produces 2 to 3 sales per week. Our product is a large ticket item which is NOT sold at the door by the Lead Developer. The job of the Lead Developer is simply to make contact with homeowners in assigned areas and collect required information which is submitted via an electronic form. There is NO SELLING required. Presentations to the homeowner are provided by our Certified Sales Technicians.
Lead Developers are outfitted with professional attire (branded hat & shirt) provided by company and an online interface to submit your Qualified Prospects. No paper forms needed.
