We do not have a Dallas office to check into daily, but this is 100% a field position.
You wake up, leave your home, and start visiting stores and distributors all day.
You cannot stay home during work hours.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an experienced B2B Wholesale Field Sales Rep in Dallas / DFW.
Daily expectations:
You start your route from home every morning
You drive store-to-store all day
You close new accounts + follow up on reorders
You handle warm leads sent by our call center
You build your own pipeline
You occasionally travel to our Houston base for meetings
This role is for drivers, closers, and hustlers.
Not for people who want to sit at home.
PAY STRUCTURE
$18/hr + commission
Paid weekly.
Commission earned on:
Call-center assigned leads you CLOSE
New accounts YOU bring in
All reorders

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years sales experience
Reliable car (non-negotiable)
Deep familiarity with Dallas / DFW territory
Comfortable visiting 20–30 stores daily
Able to close warm + self-generated leads
Organized, consistent, and able to follow systems
English required; Spanish helpful
Able to start immediately
Experience in vape or tobacco distribution is a plus.
