The role
Call and meet (Zoom/phone) with warm leads—no cold calling lists
Complete needs assessments, present options, and submit e-applications
Follow up, document activity, and hit weekly activity targets
Pay
Commission-only with bonuses. Typical first-month agents earn $1,500–$4,000 total while learning; consistent full-time agents can scale to $5,000–$10,000+/mo with activity and skill. Income varies by effort, skill, and lead flow.
