Is that you?Work location: Texas Health Denton: 3000 N I-35 Denton, TX 76201Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift from 7:30A- 4:00PDepartment Highlights:· Team based environment· Workplace culture 2 nd to none· Great benefits/ 401k / PTO· We operate on lean principles and rely heavily on a team atmosphere and individual performance· Highly engaged managementHere’s What You NeedEducation· High School Diploma or equivalent required And· Associate's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field (2 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree) required Or· Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field (4 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree) requiredExperience· 4 years professional HR experience with no degree required or· 2 years professional HR experience with an Associate's degree required or· Professional HR experience preferred, but not required, with a Bachelor's degree required· Excel and Microsoft Office experience strongly preferred· Planning/ Engagement experience preferredLicenses and Certifications· PHR - Professional in Human Resources 2 years preferred Or· SPHR - Senior Professional in Human Resources 2 years preferred Or· SHRM-CP - SHRM Certified Professional 2 years preferred Or· CCP - Certified Compensation Professional 2 years preferredWhat You Will DoHuman Resources Consultation:· Provide consultative services to all levels within the organization by effectively coaching and supporting staff and managers on interpretation and compliance with HR Policies, to include Licensure and Certification, Employee Health, Background, and Training and Orientation.· In partnership with Integrated Disability Management, Employee Health, and Talent Acquisition, provide guidance and consultative services for both employees seeking accommodations and/or reassignments due to medical or religious/ethical reasons and their managers, ensuring compliance with ADA requirements and adherence to the Texas Health policies.Human Resources Administration:· Provide support for unemployment administration across the System. In conjunction with Unemployment vendor, will research claim information, ensuring accurate information is provided, and respond to correspondence regarding claims or issues within established deadlines. Prepare for hearings, including documentation and prepping other Texas Health participants. Attend hearings and coordinate attendance with other required Texas Health participants as needed. Will generate routine and ad hoc reports to identify trends.· Responsible for creating and approving offers for candidates in accordance with Texas Health policy and practice. Maintain a thorough understanding of compensation analysis and how compensation and benefits are deployed in Texas Health to effectively manage the offer process for candidates and transfers.
