We’re Hiring an Experienced Bar General Manager
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on General Manager with strong leadership skills and proven bar/restaurant management experience. This is a demanding, full-time position requiring long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to run a busy bar smoothly while creating an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations, staffing, scheduling, and training
Maintain high standards for customer service and hospitality
Manage inventory, ordering, vendor relations, and cost controls
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
Support and mentor the bar and floor staff
Monitor financial performance and drive revenue
Lead by example with professionalism, work ethic, and integrity
Work extended hours as needed to support operations and events
Requirements:
Bar experience
Ability and willingness to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in scheduling and inventory management
Experience with budgeting and cost control preferred
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
