As a Tig Welder, you will be responsible for welding steel structural parts as specified per drawings or prints, operating grinders to prepare and finish welds, and setting up the welding machine to ensure proper welding within specifications. This is a direct placement role with a base pay plus production bonus, ranging from 85K - 90K per year. The position requires working 10-hour shifts from 10PM - 6AM, Sunday - Thursday, with a potential shift to 8-hour shifts during slow seasons (8PM start time).Hard Skills
