Here’s What You Need· Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Required· Other Pharm D. Required· CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required.· PGY1 residency completion preferred.· Experience at a 200+ bed hospital strongly preferred.· 1 year hospital acute care inpatient experience strongly preferred.· IV Certification strongly preferred.· PHAR - Pharmacist Upon Hire RequiredWhat You Will Do· Communicating effectively, building positive professional relationships and role modeling teamwork.· Timely and accurate support of medication distribution including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities.· Provision of clinical pharmacy services for the safe and efficient patient care.· Ensuring the accuracy of one's own work as well as maintaining required competencies and other documentation.
