job detailsjob summary:A Compounding Assistant is needed for a Swiss-American pharmaceutical and medical device company specializing in eye care products in the Fort Worth, TX area. This position is responsible for supporting the production of sterile filtered products, with tasks including equipment preparation, inventory management, testing, and coordination, while growing in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.location: Ft. Work well under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Make sound judgment calls to support production needs.
Support production by preparing and cleaning processing equipment.
Maintain inventory of supplies and perform general housekeeping duties.
Conduct integrity testing of filters and prepare/sterilize processing equipment.
Coordinate tasks and schedules within the team and with other functions.
Work under the direction of the Production Manager or Supervisor.
Operate computerized equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
Learn and aseptic compounding procedures.
Skills:
Be detail-oriented to ensure the production of high-quality products.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required (preferably in science or engineering).
Preferred experience includes two years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or six months of related internal experience.
