Principal Accountabilities
Collect samples of product for microbiological testing
Perform microbiological, physical, and chemical tests on products using lab instruments
Observe conditions of production area and actions of other nearby stakeholders in regard to applicable policies and regulation
Ability to work independently
Requires the ability to pay close attention to details and meet deadlines.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment in a safe manner
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Basic math skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to work in cold or hot environments
Preferred Qualifications
Previous food safety, quality, or food manufacturing experience
Previous Cargill experience
Work history in the past 12 months
Bi-lingual (English, Spanish)
Experience with Microsoft Office
