Pharmacy Technician OpportunityJob DescriptionThis position requires and you MUST HAVE Texas License TSBP AND national cert PCTB . The role involves providing high-quality customer service and compassionate care to patients, processing live insurance claims, and assisting with copay assistance. The job offers a pay rate of $23/hr. Please ONLY apply if you have both certifications.Responsibilities
Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls
Provide strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients
Process live insurance claims
Make outbound and inbound calls to insurance companies, clinics, doctor staff, patients, and caregivers
Assist with copay assistance
Investigate the status of patient orders and reschedule deliveries if necessary
Input new insurance information for the new year
Manage a high volume of calls, averaging 300 calls per day between all agents
Essential Skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician

Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes shifts from Monday to Friday from 10am-7pm CST, with flexibility required for either shift. Training consists of 3 weeks: the first week includes orientation and SOP training, the second week involves hands-on training, the third week includes performing tasks with trainer observation, and the fourth week involves working independently. The team currently handles an average of 300 calls per day among 90 agents.
