Maintain current customers:
Develops existing relationships with key decision makers and influencers inside of assigned accounts at multiple levels
Solves field problems and consults with customers to ensure best solutions delivered for customer’s situation
Coordinates with other functions to ensure customer projects are successful for both the customer and KPSG
Increase sales with existing customers: Work with customers to understand how KPSG can be a more complete solution. Adding buyouts and installation to our walk-in-panels often helps reduce the risk of site delays and cost over-runs. This may also include leading the introduction of new products to customers in the assigned territory.
Develop new customers: Lead the business development activities in the assigned territory and leverage KPSG team as needed in the conversion process.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
3-5 years of relevant solution selling experience
Experience in the insulated panel industry preferred
Construction experience in addition to exposure to field service preferred
Proven ability to communicate well with internal management and fellow team members in addition to external customers, service providers, and suppliers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
