Provides short- and long-term planning for access network technologies, including analysis, solution recommendations, and the implementation of said strategy. Key Roles and Responsibilities: May include all or some of the following functions: Recommends strategic network planning and network evolution policy decisions, both in and out of franchise, in support of corporate initiatives, customer demand, technology changes, economic and service reliability criteria.
