The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the work of associates to ensure the production of quality products. This includes inspecting, testing, and analyzing the quality of products and processes, alongside managing customer quality requirements. The role also involves driving continuous improvement within the Quality department, focusing on increasing efficiency and eliminating variation in manufacturing processes. The position is available for both 1st and 2nd shifts.Job Duties
Must Have experience with Quality Management Systems and 6 Sigma
Must Be Able to read blueprints and schematics -Inspect all finished product before it leaves site
Identify any defects or cracks or scratches, and then uncover where in the manufacturing process did those defects happen
Need to be able to use critical thinking and problem solving skills to take solutions to higher management team
Will be trained on specific glass manufacturing process, and full training will be provided
Shift/Pay
1st shift: 6:00AM-3:00PM Monday- Friday
2nd shift: 2:00PM - 10:00PM Monday – Friday
$28/hr-$32/hr
