Description Our client, in South Houston is hiring a Bookkeeper. Responsibilities Accurately process transactions using QuickBooks Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties Perform credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records Utilize Microsoft Excel Handle intercompany invoicing tasksRequirements Minimum of 2 years of experience Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Proficiency in account reconciliation processes and techniques Credit Card and bank reconciliations Competency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis Strong QuickBooks knowledge Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is a plusRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
