A Snapshot of Your DayThe Regional Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for the business development of Siemens Energy distribution transformers for all customers within a defined geographic area. The BDM will engage with customers, sales agents and our several factories to offer technical and commercial solutions in the electrical industry. The BDM is also responsible to run and lead day-to-day operations of the sales channels in his area of responsibility with the goal to increase order intake, market visibility and profitability.How You’ll Make an Impact

What You Bring

Electrical or mechanical engineer with a minimum of 3+ years of technical and/or commercial experience in technical sales or marketing (experience in transformers is an asset)

Strong written and oral communication skills to successfully interact with external customers and staff within the organization

Proficiency using personal computers and software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows

Establishing relationships

Negotiation skills
