Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HRIS Administrator in the industry located in Houston, Texas. As a critical member of our team, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, primarily focusing on the maintenance and optimization of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of HR processes and data, as well as providing technical support and training to the HR team.Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR Managers and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs and implement solutions. Analyze HRIS performance metrics, identify issues, and implement necessary improvements. Oversee the creation of user accounts, manage access controls, and keep employee information up to date. Conduct system upgrades when necessary and provide ongoing technical support to users. Develop and implement streamlined processes and systems for improved HR management. Perform diagnostic tests on the HRIS, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. Maintain databases, run complex queries, and analyze data to support HR functions and decision-making. Record and securely store key HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data. Conduct audits of HR processes and documents as required, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Stay informed about technological advancements in the field of HRIS, implementing new software and processes as appropriate. Requirements Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required. Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is necessary. Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies is expected. Experience with Database management is essential. Knowledge of Dell Technologies is preferred. Experience with Active Directory is beneficial. Proficiency in Backup Technologies is needed. Understanding of Computer Hardware is required. Experience with Configuration Management is a plus. Excellent Customer Service skills are necessary.
