Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer/Engineering Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading our power delivery engineering team and contributing to critical infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of engineers in power delivery projects
Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to standards
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
Contribute to business development and client relationships
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, with a majority in Power Delivery
Proven leadership experience managing teams (not just projects)
Strong understanding of power systems, including substations, transmission, and distribution
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience with software tools such as PLS-CADD, MAXIMO, or DDS
Familiarity with power generation systems
Professional Engineering (PE) license
