Being the Maintenance Worker I, youwill be responsible for the general maintenance of the Residential Flagship Campus: gardening, painting, plumbing, air-conditioning, and heating systems, carpentry, and electrical. The Residential Maintenance Worker I will complete facility work orders, plan and complete minor repairs and keep the Residential Flagship Campus clean and organized.Your Schedule:
Full Time
Tuesday - Saturday from 9am-6pm

Local Travel:25%, if applicable
Our Total Compensation Package:
Hourly Compensation: $17.02
Pay schedule semi-monthly.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of one year janitorial, facilities, maintenance, and/or building services experience.
Working knowledge of how to properly use manual and electric hand tools.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and minor vehicle repairs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Teams
You have a valid Texas drivers license with a good driving record; reliable transportation; ability to travel to off-site locations utilizing personaltransportation.
What you Deliver in this role:
You will complete daily walk-thru inspections of facility to analyze facility maintenance needs.
You will collaborate with Residential Maintenance Worker II to ensure current inspections, permits and licenses at the Flagship campus and vehicles.
You will collaborate with Residential Maintenance Worker II and/or leader to analyze repair needs to determine if the repair can be completed in-house or if outside vendors are required: equipment, surface, object.
You will perform maintenance service or repairs in one or more skill areas: plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, vehicle servicing.
You will perform tasks such as but not limited to changing light bulbs, installing paper dispenser units, changing filters, changing locks on doors, minor decorative maintenance and other tasks not requiring a licensed skilled trades person or journeyman.
You will perform all preventative maintenance of Flagship Campus.
You will identify and correct unsafe working conditions with management oversight.
You will attend training programs as needed.
You will apply all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned work.
You maintain upkeep for all Flagship campus vehicles and ensure they are equipped with safety items (i.e., fire extinguishers, first aid kit).
You will review ticket requests to ensure all tickets are completed within the appropriate timeframe.
You will answer written and verbal communications (email, phone, etc.) within a timely manner.
You may be required to inventory equipment, parts, and supplies.
You will utilize and operate h nd tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assignments/maintenance. Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe, and usable manner.
Other duties/projects may be assigned.
