Postdoctoral Fellowship in Mechanisms of Heat Shock-induced Cell DeathA funded postdoctoral fellowship is available in the laboratory of Dr. Shawn B. Bratton at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. The project deals with a newly discovered role for the BH3-only protein, Bim, in heat shock-induced cell death. It will be carried out in the Department of Epigenetics and Molecular Carcinogenesis in Houston. The department is one of MD Anderson's largest and most successful fundamental research departments.
