Job DescriptionThe Sr. Change Management Specialist in the Continuous Improvement Project Management Office is responsible for supporting enterprise-wide, cross-functional, and strategic initiatives throughout the project lifecycle working alongside the project manager. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing communication strategies, relationship building, ensuring value delivery, benefit realization, and long-term sustainability of projects and programs through change management best practices.
