We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our small seafood restaurants, known for its fresh and delicious seafood dishes. We were started over 55 years ago. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. This is a hands-on role that involves managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff. Create a positive and collaborative work environment. Schedule and manage staff shifts effectively.

Customer Service: Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, addressing concerns, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Quality Control: Maintain high food quality and presentation standards. Address any issues related to food quality promptly and effectively.

Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses, such as labor and inventory costs, to ensure profitability. Assist in developing and managing budgets.

Marketing and Promotion: Contribute to marketing efforts, such as promoting special dishes and events, and collaborating with the marketing team.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the restaurant's cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the seafood industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.
