Ichijiku Sushi restaurant is seeking experienced servers to join our team!
Responsibilities:
-Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
-Present menus, explain specials, and recommend dishes/drinks.
-Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
-Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
-Handle payments and address guest inquiries or concerns.
-Collaborate with kitchen sushi chefs for seamless service.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of server experience in a restaurant setting
-Knowledge of sushi, sake, and Japanese menu items.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Team player with a positive attitude.
-Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain).
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
