We’re looking for a skilled Sign Fabricator to join our growing team!
If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy working with your hands to build high-quality signage, this is the role for you. You’ll work on a variety of custom projects — from illuminated cabinets and pylons to channel letters and structural frames — in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
Fabricate and assemble metal and aluminum sign cabinets, frames, and structures
Read and interpret sign drawings, blueprints, and work order
Weld aluminum and steel components to precise tolerances
Cut, bend, and shape metal using shears, brakes, and other fabrication equipment
Install LED lighting and internal components for illuminated signs
Ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and electrical standards
Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in sign fabrication, welding, or metal manufacturing (required)
Strong welding skills in aluminum and steel
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and fabrication plans
Familiarity with sign components such as LED lighting, faces, trim cap, and retainer systems
Attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
Experience wiring LED systems or working with UL signage
Forklift or crane operation
Experience with CNC routers or metal cutting equipment
