JOB TITLE: Manual Machinist

TYPE: Temp to Hire

LOCATION: Near I-10 East & Beltway 8 near Sheldon Rd Houston, Tx 77015

SCHEDULE: Monday through Saturday (6 am - 3 pm)

Opportunity for overtime

PAY: $16+/hr. DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze specification charts, samples and drawings to gain a thorough understanding of requirements.

Develop a plan of action to manufacture parts according to specifications.

Measure and mark raw materials needed to manufacture parts.

Set up machining equipment required to complete each step of the plan.

Operate equipment to carry out each step correctly.

Inspect finished parts for flaws and defects.

Maintain equipment located throughout the machine shop.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be self-sufficient, reliable, and punctual.

Literate to work with Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in manufacturing, pipe bending, metalwork, manual machining, or CNC.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred.

JOB TITLE: Sandblaster

TYPE: Temp to Hire

LOCATION: (East Houston) I-10 East & Beltway 8 near Sheldon Rd

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, some Saturdays (6 am - 3 pm)

PAY: $16/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use abrasive blasting equipment to remove paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt.

Responsible for shoveling or pouring sand, grit, or other abrasive material into the machine, and monitoring and maintaining an adequate supply of the abrasive in the hopper.

Protect specific areas of the work surface using masking film, tape, and rubber.

Lift, carry, and set up heavy equipment and parts.

Clean and change nozzles as needed.

Prepare parts for the paint shop, steam clean motors and chassis, and other general labor may be included in the sandblaster’s job duties.

To prevent accidents, it is essential that the work area is clean and orderly, and that any unsafe working conditions are corrected or reported immediately.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be self-sufficient, anywhere from a few months to one year after being hired.

Must be literate to work with Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in manufacturing, pipe bending, metalwork, and sandblasting.

Ability to handle physical workload.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred.

JOB TITLE: Industrial Maintenance Technician

TYPE: Temp to Hire

LOCATION: (East Houston) I-10 East & Beltway 8 near Sheldon Rd

SCHEDULE: Monday through Thursday (7 am - 4 pm) Person will be on-call as well

PAY: $20/hr.-$24/hr.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspect, operate and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunction.

Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, forklifts, hand tools, or power tools.

Performs routine maintenance such as inspecting drives, motors, furnaces, or rams, checking fluid levels, lubricate machinery, replacing filters, or doing other preventative maintenance work.

Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.

Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as wrenches, hammers, hoists, saws, drills, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical/electronic testing devices.

Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical/electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.

Orders parts, supplies, or equipment as needed and maintain spare part inventory.

Record production repair and maintenance machine information.

Performs routine maintenance on boilers, burners, air compressors, and other equipment.

Apply lockout tag out procedures when + where required per OSHA.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to read, comprehend and adhere to the company's Process Management System requirements and provide improvement recommendations as needed.

Able to lift to 60 lbs. and work in various positions, such as standing, bending, kneeling, etc.

Must have previous work-related skills, knowledge, or experience working with electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical.

JOB TITLE: Pipe Inspector

TYPE: Temp to Hire

SCHEDULE: Monday through Saturday (6 am - 3 pm)

PAY: $16+/hr. DOE

RESPONSABILITIES:

Inspect, test or measure dimensions of materials and products for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or templates.

Read, drawings, data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment methods, formulas or measuring equipment required.

Reject products or materials not meeting specifications.

Record inspection or test data, describing results, recommendations or needed repairs.

Mark items with details with details such as grade or acceptance-rejection status.

Notify supervisor or other supervisor or other personnel of production problems.

Clean and maintain measuring instruments or test equipment, such as dial indicators, calibers, fixed gages, or height gauges.

Wear all PPE, to include eyes, face, hand, and foot protections.

Be able to read, comprehend and adhere to the company's Process Management System requirements and provide improvement recommendations as needed.

In the daily work employee must follow and apply the company's Guiding Principle.

Immediately report quality, safety, and/or environmental problems and follow-up on their resolution.

Be able to lift 75 lbs., and work in various positions, such as standing, bending, kneeling etc.

Perform other duties as assigned by manager, supervisor and/or lead person.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Literate to work with Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in manufacturing, pipe bending, metalwork, etc.

Must know inches to decimals conversions.

Familiarity with pipe quality.

JOB TITLE: CNC Machinist

TYPE: Temp to Hire

LOCATION: Northwest Houston 249 & Greens Road Houston, Tx 77066

SCHEDULES:

Day Shift: 5 am to 4 pm

Monday to Thursday

Night Shift: 6 pm to 5 am

Monday to Thursday

PAY: $17/hr. + DOE

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Machine Operator is responsible for accurately and timely manufacturing machined components used in the assembly of final products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Run basic programs.

Report on correct production quantity as needed.

Utilize basic part inspection equipment.

Basic print interpretation.

Accurately place part identification on finished goods.

Detect and report machine malfunctions.

Detect and identify out-of-tolerance production.

Execute required tool offsets in tool list to maintain required tolerance.

Identify abnormal operating conditions and notify maintenance.

Record downtime in electronic system.

Produce parts that require lowest degree of accuracy.

Maintain weekly NCR levels and rejection rate below 8% of work order.

Maintain a scrap rate below 5%

Conduct required preventive maintenance (PM's) at assigned station.

Consistently achieve daily production target of 90%.

Utilization of optical comparator.

Removal of CNC waste.

Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.

At least two plus years of experience in a manufacturing setting, working with CNC machines needed.

Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-pressured, and fast-paced environment.

Ability to comprehend production requirements.

Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language fluently.

Basic computer literacy skills.

Must be self-motivated and be able to work with little or no supervision.

Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively operate multiple machines at one time.

Understanding of G&M Programming is preferred.
